Your TSCPA membership allows you to take part in many leadership, networking, and community outreach activities that enhance your professional potential. Getting involved at your local and state levels is easy:

Become a High School Liaison

The TSCPA High School Liaison Program is designed to educate students about the accounting profession and personal finances. Official high school liaisons serve as the direct contact for you when you need a CPA to speak to your students about accounting. Once in the classroom, volunteer CPAs show a video and provide students with information about personal finance or the many professional opportunities that exist in the accounting profession. For more information on becoming a High School Liasion click here and login to the Members Only section or contact Jennifer Manning.

Join a TSCPA Committee

TSCPA has 29 state-wide committees that allow members to work hand-in-hand with other professionals in their field of interest on tasks such as conference planning, professional development planning, and promoting career awareness. The committee list includes the Editorial Committee, Healthcare Conference Committee, Young CPA Committee, and Sports and Entertainment Committee, just to name a few.
